Good value for the price and location Positive: Good value for the money. Short drive to downtown and a few good breakfast spots close by.

Positive: Good price, close to broadway. Had what was needed Negative: Bed was uncomfortable, very hard mattress.

The overall stay was decent but wasn’t really worth 704 .00 . Positive: I like the distance of the room from broadway Negative: When I arrived my code didn’t work to get in the room and there wasn’t a light bulb for the back to see at night to get in the room .

Nashville Week

It is an older apartment complex, however the accommodations were clean. We were just there to basically sleep so the price was good. This area is being revived and was very close to the Marathon Motor Works. It is a super cool place so make sure you check it out.
